A complaint letter

Dear Mr. Rabasseda,
I am writing to complain about the shortage of place for young people in our town. Teenage people have no place to stay in the afternoon inside with friends or to do homework or study, or just to take a coffee and talk with other people.
First of all, in summer or when the weather is hot, young people can go to parks or outside areas for meeting and talking but when winter arrives these people cannot go outside and there are lots of problems to meet without a place for us.
To make matters worse, if we want to meet with friends to do group works or to stay inside when it is raining, we have to go to a café and we have to consume something to stay there and also, sometimes, cafés do not allowed people to do homework in their tables. That is a problem for most of young people cannot meet with collages.
To solve this problem, I suggest letting us a place where we can meet and do all kind of homework without the necessity of consuming nothing. That would increase that most of young people from the village joined together and could make more young activities, what would be good for Arenys de Munt.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,

Judith Reyes
