Complaint letters

Write a complaint letter to your Town Mayor about something you don´t like in your village and suggest possible solutions. Remember that this must be a formal letter, so you have to follow the rules applied to formal writing. Remember the checklist given in the book and have a look at your mates' letters. Deadline 28th January 2016 at midnight.
